Family Fun for Everyone! Adults can choose to do a Beer Mile and we will have doughnuts for the kids! Afterwards, Pizza and Game Night to keep the fun going!
5th Annual Fitsgiving

Derrick and Kristee have graciously offered their home for our 5th annual CrossFit Coordinate Fitsgiving. This is a Friday evening event and we will have lots of yummy food, drinks, and fun!
